What should I expect from our coaching?

If we decide to move forward with coaching, you will be asked to complete a few, brief assessments. These assessments require less than 15 minutes of your time, and they are OPTIONAL.


I will use your responses from those assessments to create a positive psychology profile for you. This profile will help us identify your strengths, which we will then leverage and exploit to your advantage.


Then, during our first session together, we will:


  • Review your profile.
  • Identify your opportunities for development.
  • Identify your strengths.
  • Develop a game plan.
  • Follow-up with notes and homework assignments.
  • Begin taking intelligent action to achieve extraordinary results.

During the follow-up sessions, we will:


  • Continue to refine our strategy.
